Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don’t get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific zones in your feet.  Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body.  According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into the feet.  Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time in which a woman’s body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical, mental, and emotional changes. Using various techniques specifically for the new mother, Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate discomforts experienced throughout the pregnancy.  The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the reduction of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation, and relief from uncomfortable digestive issues.

AshiAtsu.....AshiThai
Ashiatsu, (ashi means foot and atsu means pressure), is an ancient form of bodywork brought to us by Buddhist monks. Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, sometimes referred to as barefoot Shiatsu, is NOT performed on the floor mat through clothing. The therapist supports herself with wooden bars suspended from the ceiling while applying different foot strokes along the body.  Using the pressure of the therapist's feet and body on strategic points along the back and spine, a push-pull-pumping affect is created on the soft tissue that surrounds the muscles and inter-vertebral disc space.   This massage modality is now a well-documented, effective, non-surgical technique for the treatment of chronic lower back and neck pain, approved by the NCBTMB and recognized by the American Medical Association.

Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi is a healing art practiced by the native Hawaiians and traditionally this type of massage is performed by Hawaiian healers, shaman or "kahuna".
Sometimes this massage is called loving hands massage and that's because according to kahuna philosophy, everything in the Universe seeks love and harmony. They believe that old ideas and experiences are stored in the cells and they block the flow of energy throughout our body. Every human being consists of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects and when healing is achieved on one level , healing occurs through all other levels too.
Lomi Lomi combines the use of prayer (pule), breath (ha), and energy (mana) with a variety of massage strokes to release "blocked" areas of tension in the body. Hawaiian music in background will set the mood and aid in healing.
Different parts of the body are massaged at the same time .....this is to help relax the mind  because brain has trouble concentrating at two things at once and so the mind gets tired and switches off.
For this reason sometimes we pair up to give tandem massage because it is really hard for the brain to concentrate on four hands at once. Recipient lays directly on clean and disinfected table without bottom sheet so that practitioner can maneuver hands under recipient's body as well.
Lomi Lomi relaxes the nervous system and creates a tangible sense of well being. Long fluid movements are excellent for cleaning out any blockages in our lymphatic/waste system and of course circulation is greatly improved by slow, flowing rhythmic hands.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some sports massage movements use trigger point therapy to break down adhesions (knots in the muscles) and increase range of motion.
There are four types of sports massages:
* pre-event sports massage -- a short, stimulating massage 15 - 45 minutes before the event. It is directed toward the parts of the body that will be involved in the exertion.
* post-event sports massage -- given within an hour or two of the event, to normalize the body's tissues.
* restorative sports massage -- given during training to allow the athelete to train harder and with less injury.
* rehabilitative sports massage -- aimed at alleviating pain due to injury and returning the body to health.
